Cancellation Policy: Head count for our in-person events is due to the venue one week in advance. Because we are not-for-profit, we cannot accommodate late cancellations after we have already reported headcount to the venue, as we will still be charged for that registration.

For in-person events, registrants will be billed the full price of the event if a cancellation is not received at least 8 days in advance (i.e. Wednesday of the week prior to the luncheon/meeting).  For virtual events, registrants must cancel at least 1 day prior to the event to receive a refund.

To cancel an existing reservation send the names of the attendees and the date of the event you cannot attend to info.mtbakershrm@gmail.com
