Sponsorship Opportunities

The Mt. Baker Chapter of the SHRM offers sponsorship and vendor opportunities to businesses and consultants. Please below for the different types of sponsorship we offer.

Title Sponsor (1 available)

Annual Sponsorship

$1,500

Sponsorship benefits include:

• Choice of 2 monthly programs to be featured as Program sponsor (see details below) 
• Logo and blurb prominently displayed as Title Sponsor on Sponsors page on chapter website 
• 4 additional tickets to attend programs of your choice throughout the year (no special events) 
• Logo on welcome slide at every chapter meeting w/ recognition as our annual Title Sponsor 

Presenting Program Sponsor (8 available)

Monthly Program options available

$300

Sponsorship benefits include:

• Logo and blurb included in all event eblasts and on event page (“brought to you by…”) 
• 3-5 minutes of speaking time in front of program attendees (average 50-70 attendees) 
• Opportunity to collect attendees’ contact information by bringing a gift for raffle (optional) 
• Optional sponsor table to display goods and network with attendees as they arrive 
• Option to place advertisements/items of your choice on each attendee table 
• Logo listed on Sponsors page on chapter website

Annual Workshop Sponsor (2 available)

Special Event Sponsorship

$500

Sponsorship benefits include:

• Logo and blurb included in all event eblasts and on event page (“brought to you by…”) 
• 3-5 minutes of speaking time in front of program attendees (average 90-120 attendees) 
• Opportunity to collect attendees’ contact information by bringing a gift for raffle (optional) 
• Optional sponsor table to display goods and network with attendees as they arrive 
• Option to place advertisements/items of your choice on each attendee table 
• Logo listed on Sponsors page on chapter website 

Annual Member Appreciation Event Sponsor (2 available)

Special Event Sponsorship

$500

Sponsorship benefits include:

• Logo and blurb included in all event eblasts and on event page (“brought to you by…”) 
• 3-5 minutes of speaking time in front of program attendees (average 70 attendees) 
• 1.5 hours of networking with event attendees in a relaxed, casual event setting 
• Logo listed on Sponsors page on chapter website
