The Mt. Baker Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management offers sponsorship and vendor opportunities to businesses and consultants at each of our monthly Luncheon/Programs, as well as our 1/2 Day Workshops.

Our Luncheon/Programs are held the second Wednesday of each month beginning at 11:45 am.

Our Workshop is held in November and is generally from 8:00am-1:00pm (see our events page for specific dates/times).

Please read below for specifics regarding specific pricing for being a Luncheon sponsor vs. Workshop vendor, as well as benefits of each.

Cost of sponsorship for the monthly Luncheon/Program: $250 for SHRM members & $400 for non-members and includes:

• Meeting and lunch for up to two company representatives (add’l representatives $20/person) (in-person meetings)
• Company bio (supplied by vendor) will be read by a SHRM representative to meeting participants (Whatcom County Human Resources Managers, Business Owners, managers and other business decision makers)
• A table for you to display product or service information for meeting attendees before and after the meeting (in-person meetings)
• Ability to put one handout on each table (in-person meetings)
• Your company name on our Web meeting information
• Opportunity to give marketing giveaways to participants 
• Ability to donate an item for a meeting drawing (you collect the business cards and retain for business leads) (in-person meetings)

Cost of sponsoring the November 1/2 Day Employment Law Workshop as the vendor sponsor is $500 and includes:

• Table/Booth
• Networking opportunities
• Box lunch
• 4 hour employment law workshop, presented by local employment attorneys, valued at $70
• Opportunity to introduce your company to the group and offer a door prize or drawing (you collect the business cards and retain for business leads)
• Opportunity to have your company advertised on the Mt Baker SHRM website as the sponsor
