"An Overview of Employment Law Legislation for the 2023 Session: A look forward by looking back"
Date/Time: Thursday August 10th | 11:30am - 1:00pm
Location: Bellingham Golf & Country Club | 3729 Meridian Street
What We'll Cover:
This presentation will focus on employment and labor law legislation that passed in 2023. We will review what each organization might need to do to comply with the new legislation. By reviewing the legislation that both passed and failed to move we will also discuss what is expected to move in the future.
Everyone that attends should have a better understanding of the current trends in the areas of Paid Family Medical Leave, Unemployment Compensation, Workers' Compensation and general HR issues. The presentation will give the opportunity to ask questions about the implementation of the new laws. We will also discuss what the future may hold regarding new legislation in 2024.
