What We'll Cover:

For many reasons, performance evaluations have a bad rap. They are associated with cumbersome processes, being used as a way to terminate employees, or as a way to point out the negative. In this session, Hannah Michelle, Account Executive of Express Evaluations, will help attendees understand why structured feedback to employees is critical in the workplace, how to best build a performance evaluation, and how to flip the script and turn evaluations into an incredibly effective employee engagement and retention tool.
