Participants will gain actionable insights into the interplay between crisis management and organizational development, learning how to align immediate responses with strategic priorities like talent development, workforce agility, and organizational redesign. About Our Presenter: Jenny Locanthi

Jenny Locanthi, SHRM-SCP, is the Membership Initiatives Director at SHRM, where she partners with volunteer leaders across the country to strengthen affiliate operations and advance the HR profession. With over 15 years of experience spanning generalist and leadership roles in construction, banking, and higher education, Jenny brings both practical insight and strategic perspective to her work. A dynamic and approachable speaker, she frequently presents on compensation, burnout, leadership, and membership engagement. As a long-time SHRM volunteer and former State Council Director, Jenny is passionate about equipping HR professionals lead with clarity, confidence, and connection.
