Recruitment has changed over the years. Whether it’s economy-related or the new post-pandemic norm, organizations are scrambling on how to attract and secure candidates. The marketplace seems to have transformed and become challenging overnight. In this session, we will review the state of recruitment from the past to the present. Then we will discuss Four Critical Practices that set talent acquisition strategies apart from others. Lastly, we’ll look at future trends and predictions. You’ll learn how to become an “employer of choice” through industry-wide insights and best practices from an “in the trenches” consultant.

She is a leadership development professional with over 15 years in human resources and over 20 years working in various industries—from big to small! Christine holds a BS in Business Management, received her HRM certification at LSU, and has a master's in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. She is a DDI Trainer, SPHR certified, an experienced public speaker, and dedicated to supporting business needs with logical and principled HR best practices.
