"Navigating an Evolving Benefits Landscape"

Date/Time: Thursday May 9th  | 11:30am - 1:00pm

Location: Holiday Inn & Suites (Airport) | 4260 Mitchell Way

What We'll Cover:

In addition to rising costs, the benefits landscape is constantly changing and employers are expected to keep up. What are new and upcoming compliance requirements? What can we expect for labor market trends and how can we respond to remain competitive? Where can employers focus to make the biggest impact for their staff? How does my organization stack up in terms of plan design and costs? What strategies can I explore to help with the rising costs of health care?

    Learning Objectives:

    • Identify shifting trends in the benefits industry which directly impact employees and employers.
    • Understand recent changes regarding benefit plan compliance.
    • Approach multiple cost savings strategies.
    • Benchmark current programs offerings and benefit satisfaction against other employers.
